At Sempere Mannequins, we want to take advantage of the current crisis to grow by sharing knowledge, ideas and visions. With this purpose in mind, we launched Sempere Talks, a series of video interviews with professionals in the retail sector.

Various visual merchandisers, window dressers and specialized consultants have collaborated in this project, by telling us in first person how their everyday work at the service of retail is all about. They share with us their experiences, sources of inspiration and their point of view when it comes to understanding and developing their work. We invite you to meet them.

Expert in Visual Merchandising, window dressing, consulting and training for companies and universities, she is specialized in the development of brand image at the point of sale and shopping experience. She has carried out projects for international brands in the fashion and luxury furniture sector such as Disney, Vitra and Springfield, and she is also a professor in the Master in Fashion and Luxury Marketing at ESIC.

Retail expert, window dresser, visual merchandiser, trainer and consultant with extensive experience for leading brands in the fashion retail sector, such as Desigual, Sport Zone and Tous, he is also director of the Master in VM and Window Dressing at Àrtidi. He is a specialist in the creation and application of positioning strategies through VM techniques to identify profitability and coherence between the brand and the point of sale.

Juan Carlos Barron


Freelance creative consultant and visual merchandising director en Barron Visual Studio. As an expert in VM, he has worked in leading international firms in the fashion and luxury sector, including Chanel, Galleries Lafayette and Zara, being in charge of the visual image and window dressing of brands in different countries.
